Getting frustrated with your partner
Meet Jose L.
I would encourage you and your significant other to talk about what is going on, to talk about the elephant in the room. Let’s talk about that you guys are going after each other. I mean, you’re starting to realize that, you know, every little thing about each other is starting to bug you. To talk about that piece and try to figure out why that’s happening. A lot of the times that I’ve experienced it myself as well, too. When this pandemic first started, I would come to work and luckily I had this routine to get out of my home and come to work. But then I would have to go home and do that every single day.
The last thing you want to do is address the elephant in the room.
So then my significant other and I were at each other’s throats. And the last thing you want to do is talk about it. The last thing you want to do is address the elephant in the room. Either you’re anticipating a huge fight over it or just another disagreement. Another thing to talk about, but it is very helpful to address that you guys are now finding each other annoying to be around.
